The problem si that the text sketch is inverted as I'm looking on to the sketch plane from beneath. I tried to mirror the text, but that is not possible. Any suggestions? I've attached a picture of the model.

Preview file. Message 2 of 7. If it's a user workplane you made it then you can RMB and select "flip normal" so the sketch faces the correct way. If your sketch is on one of the origin planes you could make a new plane offset from that and use the same "flip normal" to ensure your text faces the right way.

Message 3 of 7. Thanks for a quick reply Niels! It's a user workplane i've used. What is RMB? Message 4 of 7. Select Text Box on the menu. On the ribbon, click Sketch tab Modify panel Rotate. The Rotate dialog box is displayed.

Select the text object to rotate. Specify the rotation center point. Specify the rotation angle in the Angle field and click Enter, or click a point in the drawing. Click Done to close the Rotate dialog box. Constrain text to a sketch geometry You can rotate sketch text by selecting the text box and geometrically or dimensionally constraining it to other sketch geometry.

In a drawing file, enter sketch mode, and select Text. Draw a line and use General Dimension to place the line at a degree angle.
