We will be reaching out to those of you who submitted a reward exchange request to provide you with an update on whether we can complete the exchange after the girl reward shipments arrive. Just a reminder that these requests will be filled in the order they were received, while supplies last. We know that being a Girl Scout volunteer, while rewarding, is a lot of time and hard work, and we are constantly amazed and appreciative of your efforts.

M2, our reward and magazine vendor, has alerted River Valleys that they are missing items due to the supply chain issues that continue to be a concern across the country. We are so appreciative of your patience and hope to have good news of a shipping timeframe to share with you soon! If you encounter issues when the items arrive, such as missing, extra, or damaged reward items, complete the online Fall Product Rewards Issues Form to report the issue to us.
