Second question is I set up one of my printers has sheet fed scanner wirelessly, I couldn't find where I can add this to the scanner list in Acrobat. I'm using OSX I can print wirelessly, just don't know how to scan wirelessly. Believe that Brother bundles an app called Control Center for setup. It will allow you to select Acrobat as a destination app and pdf as sthe format. You should also be able to find the documetation for it.

There should be a section on teh software documantation about network scanning-mac with setup instructions. You should also be able to get to this via control center. It's far more than can be stated here, but it's not too cumbersome. Using OSX I'll look into it some more. I originally used Brother control center, but it seemed that I could only scan in as a graphic, pdf wasn't an available option when scanning, which is why I bought a copy of Acrobat Professional.
